The Local Criminal Justice Board (LCJB) is an important element of the Criminal Justice System (CJS). Our aim is to join up local criminal justice agencies and create a system where the partners work together to achieve common aims and objectives.

Our Local Priorities
In achieving our vision, our local priorities are to:
Place the individual and diverse needs of victims and witnesses at the heart of local CJS service delivery, providing victims with opportunities to achieve reparation;
Exploit the potential to achieve more efficient and effective services through the use of new technology, joint enterprise and enhanced partnership working;
Develop strategies and deliver effective services, which focus on reducing crime and re-offending behaviour;
